NG already announced they will make it but it is still uncertain when it will come out.

1-3 months, so max February-March 2024 if NG manages to keep to that schedule

just so you know that chinese new year falls on 10th Feb, so factories either pile up stock before or further delay into following months.

Yeah we see some light release sets in the spring. I believe Gemini has even skipped a month every now and then, usually around the Chinese New Year.
