Yep it was on sale only at one store. The store that had an involvement in setting up MAF with you - the same store you'd mentioned in your review of that model - Midwest iirc.

The owner refused to ship to my country. After multiple requests. I was ready to pay increased postage - but a rude 'NO!'

HM's Transbrasil - shipping from their store cost more than twice the model itself - I'd gotten in touch with HM's owner.
Luckily it's now listed on European stores including Bedfordshire - from whom I'm planning to get it.

Miniature Models was weird. I never got to the bottom of who they were or what they were doing. Now they seem to have vanished.

Thank god. It was getting out of hand, and I'd really rather not pay even more for a model.

This "ultimate collection" is quite pointless, just a dumb excuse to make their releases even more repetitive.
