Anyone else notice NG started removing their logos from their packaging in the last couple of months? Anyone know why that is?

When brands do this it is always licensing, but it'll only be on select models like the Cathays

I just looked they are missing from the Garuda Pikachu jet, Delta MD-88, Southwest triple crown, SQ A350F, JL A350-1000, Hainan IHG

I had assumed it was a licensing issue however it seems to be virtually everything they're releasing now.

Avoid being reported, all the products from NG without Logo since like June 2024. Imo without the logo, the box looks very uncoordinated and empty.

We will not be seeing any new releases from NG, Panda, Phoenix, Gemini, until it’s over. We were approached by a couple manufacturers and were told they would lower the value of the shipment if we would accept. We emphatically said no, it’s illegal to begin with, and we won’t risk having the feds look at our business, as they can look at previous records from the same shipper. So if others are getting shipments, they are doing it under nefarious circumstances.

Sounds like this may be the case as some are in the states being sold online already..
They'll be preorders mainly just masquerading as in stock. I doubt many of these are actually getting sent out. Have you got any examples?

I refrained from providing examples as to not publicly put any one small business on blast as I do understand these are really uncertain times and some may be resorting to unconventional means to get by until this all blows over.

It's crazy, we were approached by two of the manufacturers and politely declined them falsifying the shipment

As a small business owner myself I'm not surprised to see this occurring under such crushing and abrupt economic conditions. Not saying I would do it because like you said, it's an easy paper trail to follow however desperate times lead to desperate measures as they say.

We have plenty of inventory to weather the storm for quite some time. We are in process of listing a 1500 piece collection. I get it some of these new release only retailers have nothing else to sell, but the risk of catching the eye of the Fed's is certainly not worth it, and they are I'm sure itching, and actively looking at history to nail someone and then make their life extremely difficult.

Yeah, it's absolutely a high exposure gamble.. Like you have said in previous threads, there are a lot of small online retailers popping up right now and they don't have any stock like that to fall back on.
Side note: If you have any NG NWA 757's in that collection I'll be first in line hahaha.

No NG at all, this is a collection that is 20 years old, so nothing NG or newish, lots of Aeroclassics, Gemini and DW
