Even worse, is that the 2nd photo is a BigBird!! eBay Sellers are now crying in the corner.

Yikes, imaging paying $450 for that BigBird and that happening...

I guess it's time to make an insurance plan when buying these!

I was looking for some spare parts at the weekend and came across a couple of old zinc rotters I had stored away. The rot has really begun to accelerate with this pair (check the photo from 2016 in the zinc rot page as a comparison). It's quite an interesting spectacle! To learn about Zinc rot see here:

Yep, released in September that year… hopefully this is just an isolated case.

I saw that there were only 7 GJ 1/400th releases in September 2015, so hopefully it's just an isolated case like you said. I don't have any of them, so hopefully it will be a minimal effect for everyone.

However a distressing number of 2010-2015 Geminis are starting to rot. This A310 is from 2015 and the newest model I've ever seen rot in. Not good.

Yeah, i was about to say that if models from 2015 - 2016 have zinc rot, they should start rotting now. as it has been 6-7 years already.

Someone on discord has told me their Jet-X B777 House CS was inflicted by zinc rot. here is a pic.

Here's an example of a very ill Canadian 767 (Aeroclassics C-FTCA).
This model is already included in Richard's list.
