Your desired models yet to be made?

Yep! I am in the exact same situation... We need NG to make the A340 moulds, the ones we have are good, but could be better. It's not even really that hard for them to do, all you need is new engines and pylons for the -200 and -300, and then a simple stretch, new engines, pylons and horizontal stabilisers for the -500 and -600. (I think)
Sadly it isn't that easy.
The 340-200 needs a new fuselage as it's longer than that of the A330-200 and the vertical tail is unique to the 332, so even if you'd use the slightly short 332 fuselage for a 342 you'd end up having a too large v.stab slot.

The 345/346 are totally different animals. The only thing you might use are parts of the gears. Other than that: new fuselage, pylons, engines, wings, vertical and horizontal tails - so an all new mould.

Ahhh. I didn't know the A342 had a different fuselage length than the A332. I was aware of the larger v. stab and v. slab slot size, but guess it just passed my mind. Thanks for letting me know, I think I should do some research before posting something like that. 😅

A United 777-200 with the GE's (in either Post Merger or Evo), a United 767-400 in evo, Star Alliance (i would say Post as well, but i know herpa made it, but i wish they were more accessible), and the Allegiant Las Vegas Raiders

Most definitely the Allegiant Las Vegas Raiders. While I'm on it, also AirTran 717-200s in Baltimore Ravens and Indianapolis Colts, and US Airways A319s in Carolina Panthers and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Ngl even the 777 charter for the Cardinals would be cool

An Evo Blue UA 764 would be a must, hopefully, we can see someone make a new 764 mould soon. NG, are you listening?

I hope they develop that mould because I'm pretty sure I'd get every variant of it lol. Hopefully JC, GJ or someone makes a 1:200 mould of it, cause a full metal 1:200 764 would be nice

Definitely! I am more of a 1:400 guy myself, but if NG made a 1:400 and JC made one in 1:200 I think they might just make almost the entire US collector community very happy. :ROFLMAO:

Speaking of 1:200, I wonder if NG plans to get into the 1:200 widebody business...

Hmmmm. That would be interesting. I haven’t seen one of their 1:200 moulds yet, but from what I have heard and what I expect of NG, they are very good. I reckon if NG does take that next step in 1:200, we will probably see something that is in dire need of a good mould in 1:200, like with the 757 and Tristar in 1:400.

We need more retro moulds to portray airline history in model form. It's all very well pumping out more liveries on the same old Airbus and Boeing moulds, but manufacturers need to be more innovative. Now a Bristol 170 Freighter would be lovely and I would buy every one in airline and military colours.VH-BFB B170 Mk31M Ansett-MAL msn13192.jpg

Yeah, I agree. Although I am more of a modern collector myself, I do love innovation and If someone made one in an Ansett scheme I would buy it instantly.

The 340-200 needs a new fuselage as it's longer than that of the A330-200

A340-200: 59.40m
A330-200: 58.82m

less than 1 meter in difference, this wouldn't be noticeable in scale models... actually I can't even see the difference in the real aircraft!

Grandair A300B4 or 737-200, was a brief lived airline in my country that went bankrupt due to the 1997 asian financial crisis. im a bit suprised aeroclassics hasnt made it.

Many manufactures have yet to create so many timeless pieces of aviation, that leads me to ask. What are you desired models yet to be made.
Mine are as follows

Alaska Airlines 737-400
Alaska MD-80 2000’s Colors
Continental MD-80 Globe
Reno Air MD-80/90
Northwest MD-80 Bowling shoe
TWA MD-80 NC
United Airlines 737-300 Battleship / Shuttle (Gemini Jets)
Southwest 737-700 (Mustard no winglet)

I look forward to your missing pieces!
I’d love to see a Delta E175, Herpa is the only company I know that made a Delta E175 in 1:400.

Ethiopian 737-800/Max
Air Tanzania A220/787
