Like every month some great 747s on a horrible mould.

Yeah, the keep flooding the marked with those awful looking Jumbos...

Anyway, nothing too interesting this time.
The Tupolevs are quite nice but the rest is not so much.

The UA 767 might be nice if Battleship!

So based on the recent announcement, PH's tactics could be : if they got the dominant mold they would continue to release one or two (a340s) each month, if the competitors are coming and for sure will come out with better ones, they will just flood the market (747s).
Fixing the mold is a solution nowhere near the table.

Don't you think the Battleship Grey was in the same category as the BA Landor and the original Canadian Airlines livery?

Yes! Wow, these three you mentioned are really classy liveries.
I also like to think that Asiana old livery was also based on Battleship but I don't really know which one came first.

… say what you want about the awful 747 mold but if that is the SWR livery they release then finally somebody did it - take my money Phoenix!!! Besides this absolute highlight - overall great set in my view once more best set of any manufacturer for the month.

Is that the livery you are looking for?

Iraq 788 and CEA A346 for me. IMO in the pax liner space only Phoenix could marginally compete with NG and would be the only survivor in the new era of NG dominance. For 788 I think we just need a Tanzania to complete the set, let's see who would do it!
