The new mold of the domestic large aircraft C919 has made its dazzling debut:
1:100 C919

It no longer carries that reg. In service it is B-919J. JC Wings and Phoenix have announced it

The photos from couple of days ago of CZs first C-919 entering service show the B-002L reg though

conventionally the B-00XX reg on chinese aircrafts are all in test phase, like the F-WWXX on Airbus before delivery to airline for commercial flight.
btw, the first Air China C919 will also be delivered soon, it will have B-919X reg.

Which would be the best C-919 mould with accurate print details etc?

I've only ever bought the Panda / NG mould (it was Panda's then it moved to NG). I haven't got a JC version and who knows what mould Panda will be using this time around. I might get a Phoenix to see what it's like.
Until there are more liveries it is a challenge to have enough to compare

Right and agreed.
Quite curious how so many Panda moulds are in NG's catalogue by now - the Y-20, this, the ARJ, A330F.
The only 919 of my interest amongst available schemes right now is CZs.
Unless those moulds are rented to these manufacturers by an independent mould developer.

Perhaps the "model" part tripped up some censors, in the same vein that Instagram wrongfully suspended NG for "nudity".
