Hello everyone!

I'm new here, my name is Nick and I'm from Germany.
I collect 1/400 scale since 5 years and I missed out the release of Phoenix's Lufthansa A340-600's last year...
Now I search these two birds (old&new livery) but I can't find them for a reasonable price.

Does somebody here has any offers or contacs? Preferable in Germany or the Netherlands...
:)

Hey Nick, welcome to MAF!

Honestly your best bet at finding models that are no longer available at stores for reasonable prices is at aviation fairs!
I know there's going to be one in Belgium on the 21st of this month, and another one in Germany in May.

Good hunting!
There’s also a show in Orlando on the 21st of March.

Hi guys, thanks for your messages!
Yes, Orlando is a bit far away :-)

I was in Amsterdam at the Aviation fair, but sadly I was not able to find an A346 by Lufthansa, except the Fanhansa and FC Bayern which I don't care about...

If you can’t find one for a good price, I’d imagine many retailers will make another large round of them come final retirement (whenever that day finally happens lol). Very famous and popular planes so they’ll be made every so often for the next few years. Patience is key!

Keep an eye out on Ebay.de

The German version of Ebay have some gems from time to time. I used to buy a lot from there

If you go to your local eBay site, isn't it possible to see others locations items by filtering with the option Wolrdwide search?

Yes, there is the option but noboy in Europe has an A346 for an "Ok-price"...😂
In the US are some available, but incl. shipping I will pay around 200€ which is not worth it...

That's something I've thought about as well. Maybe we are lucky to receive an NG Models A340...

Never thought about to check shops in Australia, but thanks for the recommendation, mate.
Shipping will probably be 30-50€ plus customs
