I'm hoping for any Australian or other Oceanic models, the future-release announcement Qantas A330 would be great, but a Qantas 737 would be INSANE! Also any passenger carriers on the new 747-400 mould.

Another Emirates remake... I mean, that's what collectors really want! I would also like a model that is sorely needed, be it a remake or a first time. The Delta E175 seems like a popular option though.
