Show off your favourite model

After some serious thought, if I absolutely HAD to pick a favorite model, it would have to be this one, simply because of the memories it gives me:

This was the first plane that I worked after hiring in at Federal Express way back in 1979.

My favorite model has to be my Dragon Wings PIA 747-300 AP-BFW. I remember seeing PIA's 747's land at Karachi when I was younger and I always wanted a 747 model so this was a natural choice for me to get. The Dragon Wings 747 mould is quite easy on the eyes, plus the detailing is great(keeping in mind it dates back to 2006), especially around the tail where Dragon got the Punjab variant of this livery almost perfectly.

Can't help but love the tail!

I think for a while and I believe these two "Queen of the skies" are my favourite in my collection

Dragon Wings Singapore Airlines B747-400 9V-SPL (Tropical c/s)

Bigbird British Airways B747-400 G-BNLC (Landor livery)

They all come secondhand so they do come with some minor defects. Yet the mould and the color they bear means something to me - representing the 90s that I don't have a chance to witness.

Can't go wrong with a BA Landor 744. My favorite model is the Viasa DC-10 YV-135C. But my British Airways Landor 747-400 is a solid second place, as stated here. I have the GJ version though. If you notice, the font has some subtle differences (most evident in the "W" and the "T") BigBird applied the newer British Airways font to their Landor 747s.

Imagine one of these things on the current JC mold . Hopefully NG will give us another one sooner than later. I like having multiple models of the aircraft I really like.

I think I’ve posted here before, but I’ve made up my mind on which singular model is my favorite.
Gemini Jets Airbus Virgin Atlantic A340-600 G-VNAP “A Big Virgin Atlantic Thank You.” It was one of my very first models so it holds a special place in my heart.

If I had to absolutely choose one favorite, it would be AV400's 9V-SKA.

Of course the model is perfect. SQ is an airline I both love and rate highly. But a few others, like NG's 9V-SMF, HL7456 and HL8515 fit those criteria as well. What sets this apart is that it's the spiritual successor to my very first model, a Hogan 9V-SKA I got over a decade ago. Only an HL7636, HL7733 or HL8250 by NG would top this.
