considering it has happened in real world (sort of), so it wouldn't be a surprise to have misprinting on the aircraft? lol

Perchance yes, but there’s probably some legal issues that can come up with different registrations printed on the same plane.

The photos NG released shows the same reg across both planes so it could be a batch-specific issue. It’ll be interesting to see if more reports surface.

In addition to the DL A339 issue, the KE 737-800 was rendered without winglets, but released with winglets.

I can sorta understand why they'd make that mistake with N405DX and N412DX... but N411DX too? Unless they're printing the reg # separately from the fuselage artwork.
