I'm in contact with the owners about getting the spam threads removed and users banned.
These are coming on when I'm asleep. I'm clearing them as soon as wake up.

Like I see the thread on damaged models has been deleted few hours ago, so.....

I appreciate your work, but unfortunately you missed a lot. When I click on "What's new", I count at least 6 spam threads on the first two pages that are older than your last message above, plus meanwhile 2 newer ones. I hope you can have a closer look again to clean this up. And if you're the only one left to take care of the forum, I think it would help to appoint 2 or 3 active members as moderators, as already suggested by someone else.
Message me about what you’re referring to and we can handle it as mentioned several weeks ago.

I’m doing my best. I will continue to evaluate when I can, but I can only do so much when I’m working full-time, have classes, and other responsibilities. I’ll be sure to work the ownership to get us additional moderation help.

Thanks for your efforts. I hope I didn't come across like I want to blame you or put pressure on you, it wasn't meant like that. It's an unfortunate situation for you and for the members of the forum. Not your fault that you're left here alone. You already deleted a lot, but not all. If you find some minutes of spare time I would appreciate if you can look again. To make it easier for you, just enter the word "Cara" in the search field (title only) and you directly get 6 spam threads as a result. And with "Call center" you'll find another two. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi All. As I said I'd been in contact with the owner of the site, who I've spoken with previously. They agreed to make me a mod again so I can help out Connor as needed, especially as I live in a different timezone. I suggested they also make @LeoMuse747 a moderator too, but haven't heard back on that. The forums been running well in recent times so I don't foresee much moderation being needed at all, but obviously these botposts have been annoying.
I'm off in Amsterdam the next few days, but otherwise I am usually about and able to help if and when needed.

Thanks to all for working to get the bots out. If it helps to anyone seeing this I also suggest @LeoMuse747 as a mod. He's been around forever and has pretty much if not always been incredibly pleasant and helpful on here and other model aircraft forums

Thanks guys for the nice words! I'd gladly join in as a mod, but If it don't happen, it's okay too. It's good to see Richard as a mod now. Hopefully the bots will have a hard time from now on
