What’s a model you have wanted for a long time but still can’t find this goes for models that have been released but you weren’t able to buy!

Still looking for the only BA mainline Negus era aircraft ( helicopter division aside) yet to be done in 1:400. The BAC 1-11-500 in both British Airways and British texts.

Sweet models! Congrats! I remember seeing those AA F-100s at IAH. We were usually taking a flight to MIA to connect back home and they were always in the gate next door bound for DFW.

Thanks! I think I saw the AA fokkers once in the early 90s. The KLM A310 I know I never saw, but I always liked it. When I was little I used to fly on the KLM DC-10s a lot and they would give me post cards of the fleet at the time. I had the DC10 and A310.

I've long tried to find NG's SQ A350s (9V-SMF or SMU), to no avail; they were discontinued long before I started collecting.

That changed today with a visit to AMSG in Singapore, where I found 4 brand new SMFs lying around! Perfect model to "commemorate" my first flight on an A350 yesterday (also with SQ). Quality is impeccable as you'd expect from NG.

Oh, and now that I've got the NG in hand, I retract my claim of AV400 having the best A350 mould 😉.

She is a beauty, isn't she? I would give an arm and a leg for NG to rerelease the standard A350, I already have SMF, so a standard livery model to go alongside it would be great. Preferably 9V-SHH, the first SQ A350 I flew on, but any would make me one happy collector! I'm glad to hear you like the NG A350 mould, there is something about it's crispness that the AV400 cannot match.

Agreed, a re-release covering the "SH" regs would be a treat. The taller, sharper sharklets are gorgeous in flight.

The NG mould definitely feels more refined, with the crisper landing gears and smaller aerials. Makes me even more excited for the upcoming CX 35K!
