NG Models November 2025 Release Hints

Only sold in the Chinese market? Has it been cancelled elsewhere?
I think something was lost in translation here - The original comment was asking in Chinese if the BA A35Ks would see a domestic Chinese release at all, and NG responded by saying that the model is delayed as a whole, implying that it’s not just for China.

RedNote’s Chinese to English translation feature is typically great but sometimes it may mistake certain contextual information.

While you're all worrying about those rubbish BA and SQ A350s ( ;) ) it's another B-eautiful month from NG as they go all out on China with the November set, presumably due to the most recent tariff threats. Check out my thoughts and rankings here.

Speaking of tariffs, it looks like they will be trimmed down to a minimum 20% on China imports; both countries just met to discuss this. So hopefully we'll see some N registrations return next month.

Once prices are high they tend to stay high to adjust to the new market though and the situation is still way too volatile for distributors and retailers to let there guard down. I don’t see the tariff thing going away for a few years unless congress wants to take control of trade legislation like they’re legally obligated too. I tend to be more pessimistic on this front for several reasons.

At a minimum it’s better than the 47% or 130% maximum we were talking about previously. Obviously there’s more to be done, but to keep it within the models I’m hopeful NG will bring back the N regs for December.

Interestingly, B-304U is now listed as 'Historic' and Stored (as per planespotters) - effectively meaning that there are only 8 operating A359s left in the 3U fleet, as opposed 12 - with at least 2 ntu airframes - including a Panda Route - both of which were fully painted up and operational, but remained undelivered for many many months.

I speculate this has something to do with the massive Airbus order China has placed - meaning there's probably some fleet restructuring - 3U has reportedly taken up 35 from those 500 or so aircraft orders - so perhaps, some A330neos or A35Ks instead of these A359s? Time will tell.

Yeah, 304U has withdrawn from Sichuan's fleet a few weeks ago. Currently stored at TFU and will be transferred over to China Airlines.

Sichuan is apparently facing major financial issues, so a few other A350s may leave the fleet in the near future due to high operating costs.

Most Chinese airlines have major financial issues. It just helps most of them are backed / run by the CCP.

Agreed on BA, but 1 SQ is worth more than everything else on that list combined, even if it’s yet another 350 😌
