Most Needed Moulds

It seems like NG is bringing a set of new mould samples to the Airliners International convention. Personally hoping for a 753 or an A33N. Excited to see what they will turn out to be.
It does. 747 Classics are the most likely IMO. Hopefully an updated version of the -8 as well. Will anyone here be attending?

Unfortunately not. I'll be 14 thousand kilometres away, in rainy Melbourne. Hopefully the samples NG mentioned are new moulds and are not just a chance for people to see the 747-8 and 757 (1:200) moulds in the flesh.
Well, we better scour the FB groups then. I'd be happy if they were updated -8s, but hopefully it's really something "new." A 1:200 wouldn't be out of the question.

Unfortunately I am not able to but I know people who are attending. Looking forward to hearing from them soon.

I still think the DC-9-10 series is desperately needed... The only moulds are the Aeroclassics with the screw in wing cradle, not good at all ..too out of date. Then the Jet-X mould, which is acceptable but hasn't been used for over 14 years...time for a new and improved one
That AC mold was unacceptable even when it was new!

If they decided to announce a new A220 mould (this seems likely to me) then I'll be a bit sad.
I think Airbus has been pretty well covered in 1/400th...especially the narrow bodies..(with the exception of the A318). Time to bring out some more much-needed classics like the 747-100 & 747-200, DC-9-10 series. Even a new 727-100 and 727-200 mould would be most welcome, as well as an MD-80.

How about a 737-100? Nobody has ever done one in Continental or People Express...

This exactly. Add the 707-120/320/420 and we have a list.
Though I guess I much rather win the lottery and have them done instead of waiting for Panda, NG or whatever quality manufacturer.
Yes, I would love a new 707...all series of them. I'm with you, if I had the resources, I would prefer to have them done. Who knows if or when anyone will get around to doing them?

Not sure how feasible a 737-100 would be since only 30 of them were built...but yes, there's Continental, People Express...America West, Air California, Air Florida....and of course, Lufthansa...the launch customer..

If I won the lottery, this hobby would have a new preferred source for classic workhorses from 1972 through 2000.

I'm hoping for a mould that AC retired long ago, like one of the British Aircraft (VC-10, Vanguard etc.), DC-9-10, Connies, 707-100 etc.
