Is there away to apply logos on an a model plane without using decals, I’m working on a custom, is there a machine or something like Die-cast model companies use or would that be too expensive?

Depends on the surface you want to apply it. UV-print would work for a plain surface if you're lucky.
I've done both tampo printing and silk screen (photo etching, developing the screen...), but for just a logo on a model plane this is over the top if you want it to look good without spending too much time and dollars.
There are a few other possibilities for direct transfer if you look aroundbut decal is your choice IMO.

Decals look less detailed and less contrasted and realistic in my option
