Me too - this one needs to come home. I didn't get the earlier regular scheme one.Only interested in the QantasLink "Broccoli Dreaming" A220.
I've been reluctant to pull the trigger on their A220 as well. That nlg is not only too tall, the tyres are the same size as the mains. And although the subject is awesome, will continue to to hold off until these issues are addressed.Me too - this one needs to come home. I didn't get the earlier regular scheme one.
Been avoiding GJs A320s - nlg is too tall, besides the cockpit template.
Right! That too. I don't get why GJ change things for the worse. Their previous version had shorter nlg making the nose tip down weirdly, though the tyre size was ok-ok.the tyres are the same size as the mains
Totally concurThere's nothing here I have to have.
The MD-90 is nice, but I'll take my chances waiting for NG to remember they have castings for MD-80/90's. Again, the only A220 casting belongs to GJ/JC, but I personally detest the gear fixtures, and while this is an interesting livery, I have no interest in taking a $50 bath for what will be a 50/50 disappointment. I have NG's Hawaiian A330 which is far better than this one will be, and NG also just released the 747-8 standard, and I don't typically go for the interactive models.
The Swiss A350 is the only thing that raises my eyebrows, and that's only because I've missed out on other Edelweiss A350's. Another month waiting to GJ to matter...
The JC/GJ MD-90 is better than their MD-80, so the odds are a little more favorable, at least in my experience. There's nothing here I have to have.

NG don't have an MD-90 so it'd be worth getting this one as you're not going to see one from NG in the next year at least - probably more. As Skippy says there isn't a lot wrong with the Gemini 90. Agree on all your other points though. The cockpit print is the worst bit of the A220 for meThere's nothing here I have to have.

10/4 on the MD-90. In the past NG has shown it has the ability, in a short amount of time, to stretch its castings. I'll use the 757-200 stretched to a 757-300 as an example. Obviously the MD-90 has bigger engines too, but it seems that if they wanted to produce an MD-90, it wouldn't take them long.NG don't have an MD-90 so it'd be worth getting this one as you're not going to see one from NG in the next year at least - probably more.
