Yeah, the 1:200 Qantas Nalanji 743 will be coming home to me!1:200 has some more interesting variety. This 400 announcement isn't half bad though.
Aren't these also marked under 'Pre-production' over at NG’s CRP?Personally, I'm most excited for that CX 744 "Asia World City." Supposedly, HX will have one of those coming out and it will be interesting to see how they compare.
Price-wise in China would give a leap to HX Wings. It now comes down to the amount of printed details on the model. Btw I noticed that HX has a much better eng #2 and #3 pylon than JC’s for GE/PW. The JC’s ones are scraping the ground. JC’s RR seemed just fine to me on the pics.Personally, I'm most excited for that CX 744 "Asia World City." With the manufacturing style at JC (1 livery combo multi-reg already printed on the box) - they would surely have a release schedule for quite sometimes (1+ year). Chances are that the model was uploaded a month before it should be.Let's see if the Swissair B747-300 will be kept this time!
They do but not many confident are shown given their “lite” 741.That

The CA 744 B-2445 'last flight' is supposed to be the first release of the 'new upgraded' regular mould afaik. Hopefully it turns out how we all would want it to be.They do but not many confident are shown given their “lite” 741.
Nope. Even if it’s released, it’ll be LiteThat

Surely they have to fix the QC issues with the 747’s? The issues have been there for a good year or 2.The nagging issue with JC 744s is the QC - my Virgin 744 pre-order was cancelled by the store as the stock received was damaged, the AI, JAL & UA 744s have paint bubbling, and then additionally, those CX announcements will probably take a year( if we're lucky) or more.
Sigh.
Which definitely seems the case - especially with the (CX) 744 announcementsSurely they have to fix the QC issues with the 747’s? The issues have been there for a good year or 2.
Seems like JC aim is to just try and beat the other brands to releases
JC doesn’t do that. 1:200 747 cockpit window issues have persisted for 3 years or so.Surely they have to fix the QC issues with the 747’s? The issues have been there for a good year or 2.

Pretty sure they just did, the three ANA Honu A380s. I saw a pre-order email, can't remember if it was from MHH or Waffle.Which definitely seems the case - especially with the (CX) 744 announcements
But then JC also flooded the market with their A380s to clearly take the shine away from Av400....! Fortunately that strategy didn't really work out, as those Av400s sold out like they should have
Curiously, Av400 haven't announced any A380s in a while
The Av400 ANA Flying Honu trio are from earlier this year. Apparently something about those being 'exclusive' meant they weren't made available in all markets. At the time, MHH had mentioned that they 'may' get this after half a year or a year from Av400. So I ended up getting those from Bedfordshire even though the exchange rates are unfavorable, considering the uncertainties.Pretty sure they just did, the three ANA Honu A380s. Ah, I see. And my bad, the email was from CAMAUST, sorry about that! It’s been a long day .Thoas

I haven't received any such pre-order email though from MHH now, as you mention, and neither do I see them listed.
New JC Dec 2024 releases
I suspect it'll be the mould Witty was using towards the end. They made a Swissair 747-300 themselves, which I own:I´d like to order the Swissair 747-300.
Does anyone have an idea how good the 747-300 JC mould is in 1:200 ? I´ve been doing some searches on Goolge but I´m not quite sure..all I find is the 1:200 mould which I rather dislike .
If anyone can help I would appreciate, thanks.
