Love to see a propliner again, hopefully more will follow the coming months. The NW 747 does not look so good unfortunately.
Right. The ANZ seems to be okay okay though. Been waiting for that iconic scheme for really long.Love to see a propliner again, hopefully more will follow the coming months. The NW 747 does not look so good unfortunately.
Right. The Sudan and Iraq interest me now, on second thoughts. But yeah, the QC.yep, I've seen a pic of it on Aeroclassics direct and it looks awful...
The B737-200s on the other hand are great. Wonderful selection of classic liveries.
EDIT: They're not so great... some have quite pointy nose sections and the nose gear doors are becoming too large, similar to the AV400 B737-200.

I resonate with these thoughts on QC too, albeit in resignation. First I wasn't so tempted by the Iraqi and Sudanese guppies, but now considering they'll be great additions to their respective fleets. Besides, the schemes look stunning on these baby boeings. I don't have too many 732s - I tend to pick and choose - and I'll prolly go for these 2 with maybe the ANZ. Saw the images on BUCHair USA - and yeah the ANZ also looks okay enough. What I'd really want is an FD in this cheatline and the later Pacific Wave scheme - whenever the Lords@JC choose to deliver.View attachment 33162
I agree with you on the nose gear door but the nose seems alright (on N998UA anyway). Pic from Buchair USA on eBay.
I'm willing to overlook these issues for now as this livery/airframe means a lot to me and AC is, thus far, the only manufacturer to come out with a UA Battleship 737-200 in 1:400, for better or for worse.
You mean at CAMAUST?I'll probably pass on the Air NZ... It's just too expensive at my local retailer, and I don't want the hassle of finding another who has it in stock.
Yes. They're charging $139AUD for it. Which is about $93 in freedom bucks. You mean at CAMAUST?
That's insane! Elsewhere, AC 747s are priced as much as NG's and JC's - which is insane too TBHYes. They're charging $139AUD for it. Which is about $93 in freedom bucks.
Frankly I'd have thought this would have been made already, really surprisedUnited battleship gray 737-200 for me. I've waited too long for this one.
Not super educated on aeroclassics, what's wrong with this one? Is it a mould issue? I'm just asking because this one caught my eye.The NW 747 does not look so good unfortunately.
Seems to be the main titles being a bit too bold and the colors might be a bit too dark. Not super educated on aeroclassics, what's wrong with this one? Is it a mould issue? I'm just asking because this one caught my eye.
Indeed, I’m hoping for consistent use on it in the future. One that has already been made is the Mohawk Convair. AC released one in the same livery, reg'd N4401, in 2014. I haven';t seen anybody clamoring for another one.
Glad to see that the 440 mold is alive and well.
Northwest titles are very noticeably too fat and there is too much red color under the cockpit windows (not sure which one is wrong). There is a GJ and DW release which are at least equally good while being cheaper. Not super educated on aeroclassics, what's wrong with this one? Is it a mould issue?
