PandaFox Pre-Order Taking Longer than Expected

Good day to y'all

I preordered the United Express E175 from PandaFox Toys on the day of the announcements and have been waiting for it to finally get shipped to me. Unfortunately, it's been sitting at PandaFox since the day of label creation which was now 6 days ago, which is unusually long for them based on my previous experiences with them. Has there been a high amount of preorders, or has something gone wrong? Should I be concerned?

Their customer service and response times have gone downhill significantly.

My united E175 has only had the label created since the 11th. no movements since then. probably a backlog on sending things out as annoying as it might be?

Yeah, with my last order from them, it arrived slightly damaged. Initially, they issued a $5 coupon, but then another part fell off. Emailed again to try and just get a replacement and no response

You really have to hound them.... At one point I was sending an email every single day until I got a response, and it took me almost 7 months to get my CRP models from them. I only use them now if I can get a good price but there are much better retailers out there.

I’ve posted about this elsewhere, but I had a terrible experience with PandaFox during one of the CRP rounds, with no response to several of my messages. I half suspect they just stole the models that were meant for me. At this point, PandaFox is a borderline scam that occasionally sells models. I’d recommend avoiding them in the future.

I've had nothing but good experiences with PandaFox, although I've only ever ordered new Gemini Jets releases from them. That's about all they're good for (minus this case), based on other's experiences...

I think if you order something they have in stock, and don’t need even an iota of customer service, it’ll probably be fine. I’ve bought models from them in the past, which went smoothly. I’ve stopped using them even if they have something I want at a good price, because I don’t want to reward bad service (and in my case, outright theft).
