All winglets have the same semi-span (2.88m) and 900/1000 the same height, the 1000 is just longitudinally 0.09m longer due to the extended wing trailing edge.
The ULR is 0.5m taller.

AFAIK, all -900s from msn 216 onwards have an upgraded wing (twist) going along with the new taller wingtip devices.
I can only guess that the increased wing area on the -1000 doesn't really benefit from the new devices, hence it isn't changed.
IIRC, the improvements to the -900 wing came from the -1000's design (minus the extended chord) - usually, if you change the wing profile you should also touch the wingtip device.

As I'm still waiting to receive my first 400 scale -1000 (have the NG Cathay on order) I'm curious...
I see many talks about wingtip devices, but do we have a correct mould for the -1000 wing at all?
