In double quick time I've pulled together my ranking video of the announcements and this for me is probably the worst ever set announced by NG Models. I don't agree with all the criticism but it is hard to defend this bunch of models and possibly for the first time ever nothing reaches Supersonic in an NG set:

Now that is a nice surprise. That PSA L-1011 doesn't redeem this set but goes a long way towards it and is a contender for model of the year if it turns out as well as it ought to. Note the original engine exhausts too. I don't think we've seen them since the pair of Court Lines:

I've wanted the PSA example since the Tristar mould was announced and reviewed by Richard all those years ago. I think this model will easily be top 3 of all scale models period for me.

According to the NG Instagram, the StarGazer is going to be a July release. A shame but as long as they get it right, I'll be happy

Exactly. I agree. There are collectors who have been waiting for Asiana for years, for instance. And it's a misconception only Asian or Korean collectors would be interested.

Asiana is/was a major international airline. Few may not like the colourful scheme, but there are many many who love the livery - I watch enough airport livestreams from the world over to see that streamers and spotters love the scheme and are sad to see it go.

I too love the OZ scheme. I've been tempted by Av400's A380 and the NGs - and I personally consider their A350s one of the best looking on the type.
