Issues with Aeroclassics new Boeing 747 paint

Hello guys
I bought a few of the AC EL AL 747s and I'm having problems with one of them, the problem is that one of them has a bit of a paint smudge on it and when I touched it just smeared even more like it was still wet paint.
Anyone else is having thus issue?

Can you send a picture? Is it actual paint or just dirt?

Send it back and ask to change it I always do it if the model has not my standards

Hey I don't have a camera that can take good quality photos.
But it was an actual paint smudge, I cleaned it off but some of it left there. I was going to customize the model anyways
