Huh?!Let's use some more respect here, please @swagninja84 @planes_on_a_shelf
It’s light hearted criticism. Indeed GJ screwed up the winglet.Let's use some more respect here, please @swagninja84 @planes_on_a_shelf
how is it disrespectful it’s just talking about how GJ botches from time to time comical!Let's use some more respect here, please @swagninja84 @planes_on_a_shelf
The problem isn’t the criticism with the model, it was the statement regarding my own viewpoints — something that wasn’t necessary to say at all.Knew this would end up happening, this is comical to watch. We all need to learn to take criticism, nothing is sunshine and rainbows. As long as there’s mistakes people will critique and try to correct them, nothing you can do about it, it’s how our world functions.
Fair yes, probably shouldn’t have been direct but I feel like we all poke fun at each other’s preference on models that it’s almost become a friendly norm. If somebody joked about me bashing GJ but yet I still buy horrendous Delta models from them I’d laugh too, what I do is ironic! I just feel we could all take the joke. The problem isn’t the criticism with the model, it was the statement regarding my own viewpoints — something that wasn’t necessary to say at all.
How I feel about it is there’s a line that needs to be drawn with that. People shouldn’t be pinging certain individuals when a problem comes up with a model and they’re a loyal customer to the brand who made it. I don’t do those subtle jabs to other collectors because it’s not who I am — everyone is entitled to buy whatever brand they want and like what they buy (as one fellow collector elsewhere would say) without criticism, whether joking or not.Fair yes, probably shouldn’t have been direct but I feel like we all poke fun at each other’s preference on models that it’s almost become a friendly norm, if somebody joked about me bashing GJ yet I still buy horrendous Delta models from them i’d laugh too, what I do is ironic! Agreed. I have no problem with valid criticism of Gemini Jets models; I see the issue demonstrated by Eagle above and can clearly tell it’s incorrect. However, compared to the rest of the model, it’s a pretty minuscule detail, so I wouldn’t mind the error if I had bought this model.models can be wrong and criticism is valid and probably warranted for many various reasons. name calling just isn’t super productive, especially when it’s not provoked in the first place. (definitive and obvious jokes are also another thing but not applicable here)
both can be correct.
Considering my comment was not directed at JJ, but at GJ and their company line of why collectors should choose them when superior products are out there. The phrasing is what I’m getting at here - the concept is reasonable to establish, but no negative connotation towards a collectors’ preferences should be evident.
I was particularly talking to the other individual that pinged him. There wasn’t any reason for your followed comments mimicking other collectors, saying they’re licensed.Considering my comment was not directed at JJ, but at GJ and their company line of why collectors should choose them when superior products are out there.
And this is what you choose to "moderate" and interject when multiple other forum rules go unattended to, is comical and shows YOUR agenda.
