The thought of NG MD80s got me thinking…how many different schemes did Delta MDs wear?

Anyone know of more?

Here is N905DL, the first MD(82!) with the Wally sticker. The first 8 -82s were converted later to 88s.

Just realized there were 2 different widget variants as well… shape of the black nose was changed.

1-N914DE, a later delivery, with the original nose design similar to N905DL above. Note white touches front of gear door.

Version #2 also seems to have had a different, softer font used for the registration. Original was very square.
