Pan Am Global Holdings, in partnership with travel operator Criterion Travel and charter company Bartelings, has launched the "Tracing the Transatlantic" special charter flight to commemorate Pan Am's legendary transatlantic routes.
Route & Experience: The flight departed from New York, USA on June 17, 2025, made stops in Bermuda, Lisbon (Portugal), Marseille (France), London (UK) and Shannon (Ireland), then returned to New York, with the whole journey lasting more than ten days. At each stop, passengers can stay in world-class luxury hotels, enjoy high-end catering, and participate in exclusive Pan Am-themed activities to immerse themselves in the charm of the golden age of aviation.
Operating Aircraft: The charter flight is operated by Icelandair's Boeing 757-200 (registration number TF-FIC). This 25-year-old aircraft has not only been repainted with Pan Am's classic livery but also refitted into an all-business class configuration, with 50 lie-flat business class seats in the cabin for maximum comfort.
Model Review: NG's 757 mold is quite excellent, with accurate shape and natural and appropriate panel lines (except for the vertical tail). The almost plain white livery better highlights the exquisite printing details. Unfortunately, the size of the windshields in the comparison pictures could be improved, and the unevenness of the fuselage paint can be seen under a single strong light source.
