When Gemini used to think "creatively"

I would argue that Gemini used to release a more variety of airlines, at least for some regions of the world, which I just don't see them releasing today. I looked at some airlines they made in the past: Corsair hasn't had a GJ release since 2008, Aircalin has only had one in 2008 and that's only two airlines. There are likely to be more. Now it's mostly the same airlines, same aircraft types, same regions of the world. Yes there are some gems in Gemini's releases like the 727s and Loganairs from December's release set, the retro and modern US offerings are good and some unique airlines (for GJ at least) once in a while.
Sure, the December releases can be praised and will sell but I can't say any of them are of interest to me. I already have Delta A330-900s (GJ and NG), a standard livery American Airlines 777-300ER (GJ) and a Lufthansa 747-8i in the current standard livery (NG). Those are the models I would have bought from the December releases if I didn't have them already. I get why they are making rereleases of some aircraft, in fact I would also like GJ (and others) to rerelease some models but I must also admit that as my collection grows, part of me would rather see something I don't have already.

One could also argue corporate orders are bad for the collectorate as a whole as it takes up manufacturing slots. I may be wrong but I believe Gemini didn’t prioritize profits from airlines back then giving them more free rain on creativity.

I do wish they had more control over what they can release without all those licensing deals... but at the end of the day, I'm sure they make bank with those corporate orders, and perhaps collectors who aren't as keen-eyed for detail or are ill-informed of other brands will scoop them up as well.

What is your collecting criteria? Why do you always feel the need to bash on Gemini out of the blue? If you want "creative" models look no further than NG. For most of their models their molds are better too, so win win.

Edit: It appears you're searching for that specific model in question, no? Considering you mention that no other brand has ever re-released it. So besides my point about the need to specifically target Gemini for not re-releasing it, can you look on Ebay? If they don't have it, will you bash on Ebay too..?
