The A319neo Struggles to Find a Niche

I just received my third A319neo and it stimulated me to take a closer look at the type, which is definitely struggling to sell, although I doubt Airbus are especially bothered. The neo version of the A319 appears fit nowadays for only quite a specialist mission but even with only a handful of aircraft delivered there have now been 4 400 scale releases of the type:

I believe the A319 will be replaced by the A220. The 737 MAX 7 isn't a best seller either!

But I was referring to Airbus own products. I believe Airbus might soon retire their A319 in favor of the A220.

The A220 does the job better than the A319N now and it will do it also better than the A320N when the series -500 enter service. They just need an alternative engine and voilá: launch!
Even with an A225, The A320N should still sell more than the A319N however
