I don't need an A330 for my diorama so basically no worries for this model specifically, but it might become a minor nuisance for me with some other types. Their 757s don't have the hole either 
I've had the things that you put in the standhole becoming stuck and break off the stand itself. For me, the new stands are amazing as they do no damage to the model (as of now...)

This model will eventually need repairs or replaced as the la ding gear are worn and nearly broken, tires missing, and horizontal stabs were reglued at one point. None the less the price I paid for this model was very worth it and i’m happy it’s in my collection!

This one is an interesting one. I just had to have it for the livery alone even though the quality of custom isn’t great. I plan to eventually do touch ups to help the general appearance eventually! I really hope one of these gets properly made in scale soon (and some 319/320 shuttles as well!)
Okay no more new models for now or the girlfriend will have me in a body bag
He has an Instagram (fly.tidewater) which is how I was notified he was selling models — not sure if he still has any for sale now. I did buy a few models off of him and they should arrive this week.
