I've been a bit quiet the past few days as I've been rearranging my Chinese cabinets to make some more room for B-reg goodness. I've got quite a lot coming from taobao at the moment - mainly Aero Polaris, Geministar and C Models. This A330-300 from NG Models just arrived though and I noticed that NG have modified their A330 to remove the standhole. Not sure what I think about these overwing stands...

The lack of a standhole at the belly is bad for me, since I use the stand for my diorama pictures. It's useful to make the planes fly in my pictures I don't need an A330 for my diorama so basically no worries for this model specifically, but it might become a minor nuisance for me with some other types. Their 757s don't have the hole either

I've had the things that you put in the standhole becoming stuck and break off the stand itself. For me, the new stands are amazing as they do no damage to the model (as of now...)
