AC, a CC-137 served as donor IIRC. Database says a 2004 release, yet my artwork files date to 2003.
Edit: No, not a CC-137 (this was a different project), donor for the Ozark was a 2003 release USAF VC-137 by AC.

These are beautiful! By the way, Herpa is using, in 1:500, a scaled down version of the AV400 DC-10 mould. In scale 1:500, that same mould was used by Inflight500, albeit with metal gear. Herpa is using plastic gears.

Gemini Jets Courtline BAC 1-11 500 just arrived today. I have been after this model for a long time, reason being I am obsessed with retro jets especially those from the 60s and 70s and this aircraft was based at my local airport London Luton Airport all those years ago.

Yes, a Phoenix 747. But nice enough. I really hope the new NG 747 looks good and they make the old KLM colors. PH-BFN, the only 747 I've flow on.
The rest are custom victims. The Ansett F50 might be spared.

I like those Fokker 50s! Very underrated plane and so few releases in 1:400.
I'd like to have a custom of Nordeste Linhas Aéreas. Regional airline here in Brazil, which ended up as a subsidiary of Varig.
Hopefully i'll find a nice donor someday.

Well uh, seems I've gotten lucky with this model. The printing defect was a strip of paint(?) that just fell off while I was taking it out of its box to display it again, so this model came in perfect condition. Extremely random W.
