Sichuan's classic 80's scheme is timeless (much like ANA's) fabulous even on the A350s - and hopefully they retain this for long. Magnificent especially on the Tu-154s - with that broadened red band sweeping up into that T-tail, and that lovely logo.My recent arrivals, a lovely pair of Chinese airlines
Sichuan Airlines TU-154M B-2630 by NG
Shanghai Airlines B767-300 B-2570 by Phoenix
Both liveries look stunning and I got them at decent prices, so it's a win-win

Lovely set of models!Deliveryman knocked my door today. 5 new models arrived:
Aegean A320-232 SX-DGX from NG in very good condition. Excellent.

Next American B767-200 N313AA from NG. The nose wheel was loose and now fixed. To high in the photo. Otherwise excellent.

Third is the Boeing first B747 B7470 from NG. Firstly I didn't order it but realized I could not miss on it. It is NG lite but the box was heavy (?). Glad I bought it.

Fourth is Republic Airlines DC-9-50. Flew on one in the early 80's fromFort Lauderdale to Orlando (flight continued to Tallahassee). I'm happy that Andrew did this one and it is as good as AC can do DC-9's. No complaint here.

Last SAS B737-8KP LN-RRE in Star Alliance colors. Better than I expected but not as good as I wanted it. Printing issues and cockpit sections is not really good.

Yes, my hopes is for perfect SAS B736/7/8 and SAS A319-21 will be done by NG. AC have done good baby busses but I think NG can do better. Regarding B737, non of the previous releases are any good at all from all makers so far. I need to replace them all with NG’s.Lovely set of models!
Difficult though to unsee that terrible 737 front section. Unfortunate that SAS, like so many or most EU airlines, has ceased to exist for NG. ...
I loathe the new SAS boardroom blandness boredom of a livery - such a regression after a string of striking and boundary-pushing schemes.
Happy to help!A pair of gorgeous 'Latin Classics' recently arrived on these distant shores - the TAME restock I managed to snag thanks to a tip-off from @1/400collector -thank you again!
Both schemes are lovely - been looking forward to the TAME since forever - quite a few variations on this cheatline scheme are awaiting release - on both versions of the 727, besides of course the later livery version(s)
The LACSA via El Aviador will accompany the earlier 722, and the recent Retro scheme by NG - now need to lay my hands on that La Tienda / Panda A320ceo.

My favorite is definitely the Uganda Airlines A330. Mine arrived yesterday. Some new arrivals for me - and luckily they are not broken this time (but yet 100% flawless either):
The replacement for previous purchase, which comes from another shop, Uganda Airlines A330-841 5X-NIL by NG Models. I really love the scheme and the how exotic the airline is. And also my first A338 from NG. This model, however, did not have enough glue applied on its port wing.

And a bit out of my collecting plan - Delta Airbus A330-941 N412DX by NGModels. I only plan to have 2 DL in my fleet - an A359 and B764 but I missed PM’s 764. Now the DL fleet plan is changed and I have to get DL 764 when NG releases it. I don’t know why but the window lines are printed too high on this DL version, whereas the Uganda seemed fine to me. Ah, also insufficient glue on port wing as well - coincidence? By the way, the model in the background amazed me a lot - I’m now really addicted to that detail level.

And from PHX are these 2 excellent beauties. First is a non-antenna widebody, which is very very unusual in 2024 for PHX, but the brand nailed it since the real aircraft didn’t feature it as well. Ilyushin Design Bureau IL-96M RA-96000. If I remember correctly, there is only 1 scheme for the 96M as it is an extended version from the IL96-300. The other stretched 96 is the IL-96-400, which has a boxy end fuselage design unidentical to the original.

And the back of the box provides some great information about the type as well!View attachment 30692
And saving the best for the last - an aircraft belongs to “flown on” collection - Turkmenistan Airlines B777-367ER EZ-A781. Green shall be a bit darker whereas grey should be lighter. The nose gear wasn’t all way in inserted so the model had a nose-up profile. However, it is a great addition for me.

And finally, the real aircrat itself: EZ-A781 at Ashgabat, which took me from Saigon. I couldn’t get a decent shot of this plane due to reflection at both airports.

Which model is your favorite in this batch?
Lucky you. NG never listen to my wish list. It says SAS B736/7/8 and A319/20/21. Nothing happens…..NG must have been reading my wishlist recently. Although this year I’m a bit limited in growing my collection, these two gems I couldn’t let go:
An absolute must for my African fleet and a long time wish. Actually I never thought that it would be produced in 1/400 one day.View attachment 32240View attachment 32242
As I was flying on one of these in recent years, I was so glad to finally get my hands on a 787-9 in the standard Etihad livery. And that it’s from NG makes it even nicer (next to my JC Wings variants).

Needless to say, both models are outstanding quality!
Oh that’s a pity. But I keep my fingers crossed that you’ll get your desired models soon!Lucky you. NG never listen to my wish list. It says SAS B736/7/8 and A319/20/21. Nothing happens…..
