The covering engines has been the " stroke of genius".
By the way, my mistake not to going deeper in the news.
Spanish low cost airline Vueling in crisis at Rome FCO Airport: 82 employees over 122 will be fired and five routes will be cancelled (Malaga, Valencia, Santorini, Paris ORY, London LGW). FCO is one of the most important European bases for Vueling, 4 A320 based in my home airport; now there will be just one based airplane, i hope the airline is not in serious troubles.

I like the t'way livery - it's like something you'll find on FMCG - fresh, stands out amongst others on the grocery shelves, like probably not organic, but not artificial either - but still affordable. Lol.
It's unusual and silly and thus perhaps extremely likeable. Like wtf is even t'way?! 'the' way? 'this' way? 'that' way? 'travel' way?
I don't care. I like it.
Looks fresh on their 777s and A330s. Not on their 738s.
Wouldn't mind a t'way A330 in my collection.
Actually sad it's gonna go now and become 'upmarket'
I really seem to have nothing to do right now other than ruminating on t'way. Loosing t'way I guess

T'way...T stands for "Together, Today and Tomorrow". I have a giant window in an open space but i wasn't looking outside, especially because when my wife Is making something in the same room she wants all my (few) neurons with her...like all wifes from all over the world, i imagine...so just a single eye outside looking at the beautiful sunset and colors and airplane, the time to take the camera and to make the pic (without tripod, just hand, but Nikon P1000 is "Monster" enough to make almost everything even without helps).
Then paying attention to my wife again and soon, "yes Sir!", so no time for "stupid things" like FR24
Luckily you are still too young to base your relationship on the word LOVE; when you will arrive at my age this word e ill be replaced by TRUST and RESPECT, if you be really lucky also by TENDERNESS. But you always will be her servant and executor, this Is the playing role in a couple. Think that my wife, in addition of being Head of the house and of the relationship, of course, Is also Head Doctor in my (her!) Emergency Department...

I would like to share with you the airline serving Rome FCO until 10 years ago. Some of these airlines no more exist, some of the airliners spotted no more flies in fleet, but i think it is beautiful to share the airlines serving your/our home airport with the pics made by us.
Let me start with the first ten birds.
Blue Panorama B757-200. This beautiful B757-200 has been a rare visitor at FCO even with all-Roman Blue Panorama. The airlines failed in December 2022. Here the B757-200 is landing on runway 16R.
British Airways A321-200 taking off runway 25.
Alitalia A330-200 landing on runway 16R.
Alitalia A330-200 touching down on runway 16R.
Travel Service B737-800WL in an almost all white fuselage. Now Travel Service is part of Smartwings.
Air Berlin A319 "Snoopy nose". Giant German leisure Air Berlin gailed in October 2017, spectacular remains the A320 farewell low pass flight at Berlin - Tegel airport.
Yet another home beauty, Blue Panorama B767-300 during a return flight to Cancun and landing at runway 16R.
