Sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service. I find this post a bit suspicious though, since your complaint stems from us not answering our phones which is especially strange since our phone message clearly states to "email customer service at
[email protected]" with any questions regarding orders. It is equally suspicious that you have just signed up for an account here this weekend and your first post is to bash our company and customer service. We have never been rude to any customer despite the rudeness we receive from some customers.
We have invested a lot into our systems and staff to create a company that focuses primarily on providing industry leading customer service. We have an excellent support staff that is available five days a week via email on live online chat and are more than happy to take care of our customers reasonable questions and requests. They treat all of our customers with kindness and respect despite not always being treated in kind.
I won't say we are perfect, but I can assure everyone that our team has never been rude to any of our customers!
