Such a wonderful model and, of course, wonderful pictures too.
Great to see this old pic aswell! Three L-1011s in Nuremberg, quite a scene. That middle one is an interesting hybrid: Eastern cheatline and Aer Lingus tail, I guess???

This was the only photo I could find of this livery after a little bit of digging. I frankly have zero idea why this was painted on an L 1011.

I found more info in a quick search:

Operated by American Trans Air as N190AT and leased to Aer Lingus in the late 80s/early 90s. I really thought that blue cheatline was reminiscent of Eastern Airlines livery but no... this Tristar was ex-Delta and was never operated by Eastern.
