NG Oct 2023 Release Hints

Uh, it would be great to start seeing some actual 748s. Lots of real -8Fs to make, fantasies shouldn't even be a thing after the first release.

Indeed, pretty disappointing! Nothing for me this month. Alaska, Spirit.... there are enough of these versions already out!

Again hugely disappointed. The TU-154 is the only decent model for me.
I have the JC 772 for the Panda and the Phoenix 772 for the GREAT Festival of Flight, would anyone sell those to get the NG versions?

I am assuming that 154 will be in the early 70s delivery scheme?
A beautiful model I'm sure, but off by about ten years for me.

It's the first scheme
The best release of the month, and perfect - such a rare two colour SU. It's the Tu 154 prototype looks like - though will need to check if there's any scheme differences with the AC version (which I have) - but will get this nonetheless. One for the workplace, one for the home.

Boring stuff. That Level A330 "El Mago Pop" is such a random choice.
am sure they received tons of requests for that one. imo Level has a banal scheme - definitely in the top 10 of banal schemes - such potential with those colours and the iconography, but no....... What's with the drought in creativity with current EC reg airlines? Iberojet better-ish still (though can't get over how badly painted their A339 is - with the ghost of the previous scheme showing below)

yes, Level have a boring scheme too but I guess many other Spanish A330s could be made...

Will be interesting to see how this turns out.
They still have the retool the flaptracks on their 154B, but 85000 was again different in several other areas compared to a series production airframe.
my thoughts too - the engines are different too, if I recall correctly? AC of course didn't bother when they released this one and a collector friend of mine ended up rectifying the model himself.

NG Delta A319 :D!!! That's a pre-order from me. I'll get it over the Gemini version since NG has the better mold. It's certainly interesting to see NG and Gemini doing this aircraft pretty close together. I'm glad to see NG doing Delta again after over a year. The Delta A319 has been a long-awaited aircraft in 1:400 scale as the last release was at least 5+ years ago (might be more like a decade).

Other than that, nothing really interesting for me. It's not an outstanding set but there's certainly been worse. I suspected we'd get double Spirit & Alaska A320s, and I was indeed right. I'll just pick up the Spirit A320neo from the August set to get Spirit into my collection.

Delta A319 is very welcome for me. On the fence about whether to get another Spirit A320. NG have definitely been on a Spirit kick. And although I won't be getting it since it's well outside my criteria, that Argentine 757 is going to look really nice; looking forward to seeing pics of it.
