NG Models PSA Tristar official photos - Best Release of the Year?

Ok I am definitely 100% biased when it comes to NG Tristars but the official shots of the NG PSA L-1011 N10114 with the belly fairing are exquisite. They may produce a fair amount of chaff but there aren't many getting close to this level of beauty!

Now we just need NG to do these type of releases and the rest of the year will feel like Christmas

This is the NG style of release we all want, am I right??  it looks really lovely!

On a side note: NG have previously released Worldways Canada C-GIES, which is ex-PSA N10112... it did have the bulge with PSA and did have the bulge with Worldways, but NG released it without ☹️ see below:

Yes. Which is why I skipped buying it at the time.
I hope we see another Worldways with the fairing

With all the recent HX 747 stuff, my eyes with ease look at the well engineered mould the NG TriStar is. Can't wait for mine to arrive.

Gears on the NG L-1011 always looked to a bit too long to me, don't you agree? Kinda like the HX 747, but way less intense 😅 I think it's more noticeable on the L-1011-500 actually. And the nose gear wheel hub is too big.

Don't even mention it.🤫 When standing in front of my models I'm glad about every detail I don't know.
But now that you mention it, of course, the hubs are big - and I even would say the tyres are on the large side. But nothing as noticeable as on the mentioned HX. Did you know that a TriStar 500 had bigger nose tyres than the other models? 37" vs. 36".

BROS! I don't think there was ever a single airplane that embodies the joy of flight, the best mid-century aesthetics, the grandeur and possibility of early widebody jet innovation, and literal rose-tinted nostalgia goggles as much as this one in one package.

The Ten-Eleven is perhaps the most beautiful widebody commercial aircraft to have ever flown - and also way ahead of its time, technologically, comfort-wise, Design-wise, everything literally.

This, and the VC-10 which is perhaps the most beautiful narrow body ever, with the 757 a close second.

Groundbreaking aircraft, beautifully proportioned and designed, at the cutting edge, what more could one ask for.

Commercial success is not a measure in an industry driven by politics, financial muscle, and what-not
