NG Models May 2025 Release Hints

And then there are the folks who’ve waited years for them to do certain subjects, only for quality to nosedive just as said subjects are being released…

It's low-key annoying to have to devote all my resources to the Delta releases that I want in such a short span of time because it doesn't allow my collection to expand in other areas I would like. Long story short, there is zero balance to the release patterns burning everyone. On the flip side, you have other manufacturers that take years to release what I have gotten in that last year from NG... Damned if you do damned if you don't I guess...

Ohhhh Dear. The cockpit & doors windows are okay on the CX
Inexplicably they're off on the KE
Looks like the cockpit window template is slightly different as well - and does the front section look different on the KE (again?)
Or am I seeing things with bleary sleep deprived eyes?

I obviously don’t run a 1:400 factory but I don’t understand how the cockpit printing can be so off between models in the same release batch…. The Air France recent release was slightly high already…. The JALs and Cathay’s have been acceptable but still noticeably higher than the golden era, and now we have this KE which looks much worse than the AF.

It’s happened with their 737s too in the same release sets or among different sets. It’s as if they have different factories and each factory has a different template.

Here are the official shots of the KE A349. I agree it doesn't look correct. I assume it is due to the placement of the silver line not being correct and impacting the cockpit position?

Anyone who wants to understand how these things can vary at the factory should catch the short videos that MyHobbyHouse has been posting from the HX factory. The whole process is still very manual and relies on human calibration.
