NG Models February 2025 Release Hints

I view this NG set very much as a coming off the back of CNY one, so I'm not particularly annoyed by the lack of diversity in it. They could have released just 10 models like GJ do and the set would not be any worse, but if you collect the airlines selected here then the variants are good. I tend to think the connection people make to the multiple variants and a lack of independent models rather misses the point as they would struggle to make 40+ unique aircraft/airline combos a month. Having said that if the sets are like this every month I'd be more annoyed, but since January was so good I can live with this one.

To be honest, I'm not annoyed either. CNY is always a slow-paced period for these Chinese manufacturers, and NG themselves have stated that this would be a short batch of releases. The presence of European models should also be a good thing for those who were constantly asking for them. Iberia MD-88 is such a beautiful release, even better with the SAS MDs.

Another interesting detail - the Dream Pursuer 77W has smaller (and imo nicer sized when compared to the accompanying English titles) Chinese titles. - just a little more visually cohesive. And the sticker nicely balances the Phoenix tail and the long white rear fuselage. I'm probably going to go for this one over the later standard scheme.

Quick question
What was the 'working together' sticker commemorating? Unable to locate anything insightful online

Any pictures of these?
Really curious whether they fixed the cockpit windows printing

I'm also back from the Amsterdam Aviation Collectors Fair with a nice haul of 15 models (plus 2 more from the Megastore). Great to meet old friends and new such as Bedfordshire Diecast, Wings400, West Coast Diecast , @Steinar , Raimond Schulz, @Mark22 , @1400_Aircraft_Models and Nico Eagle Eye. Even spoke once again with Andrew Klein - who as per usual is nice enough in person! I'm sure some of these additions will be featuring on my channels as they get inducted into the collection.

All these JAL A350s again. Would be great to see the 77W one day, before they all retire

Those two factory colors Panda releases are such a good catch!

I'm curious, who made this BMVg A340?

Seeing the pictures of the JAL A350s
Looks like the A35K has a different winglet or wing now - when compared to the A359s
I'm using the proportions of the red on the winglet as a reference measure -since it's very evident in the JAL scheme

What do you think @Phantom ?

Ah, see them now.
The winglets look definitely different - no good shot of the wings, but how come the winglets also look different to those on the 350F which look a lot like the ones on the JAL 900s?

I'm guessing the A350F is an intermediate mould?
Because, I also notice a difference in the nose shapes on the A350Fs, from the A359s

Perhaps they'd made blanks before they upgraded the moulds for the regular passenger variants?
