Interestingly @planes_on_a_shelf the JC 744 I've been using for my detailed review has not got the maingear issue you see in the photos above. Curious:

But the trucks are too close to each other
They should be apart by approx 1.5 times their truck width.
NG has got that right.

I just read his newest review -- the example shown (Air China) unfortunately still has the issue I was talking about. 401PW was their newest release so I'm hoping they made some adjustments there...

Shame, won’t be worth posting any wishes until that and the MLG door issue are fixed. If they get fixed at all…

Can't be 100% sure because the photo resolution isn't the best, but my guess is the issue is still present.

Shame indeed. They've also been ghosting all of my emails for the past few months... Not ideal.

They’re not canted inwards, it’s a unique trait of the -400.


It’s a shame about the emails. FYI NG did reply when I sent the KAL 330 diagram, so you don’t have to worry about that (as much).
