I suspect some are these are the 'future' releases announced previously. What a shame!

Pretty sure Dragon Air retired them before the handover of Hong Kong so they would have had VR registrations
Don't think they did. They leased them between 1990 and 1995, before the rego changed from VR- to B- in 1997. Cathay also retired them before the rego changeover (I think).
Additionally Hong Kong registrations are B- followed by three letters only.

I’m pretty sure the 747-400 will be N401PW in the house livery.
B, N, PK and HL.

No doubt that these July hints include some of the future models being slipped out last week. This was that list in 400:
So taking that into account the Transavia, TF-FIC and A7-BED are still future and the rest are out this month. That leaves only these hints as outstanding:

Boeing 747-400
N40xxx
Boeing 777-300/ER
B-7xxx

Once again unsurprisingly not many American releases - and I note Phoenix model prices in the US just rose by $4 each.

The B- reg TriStar is either going to be the most obscure and funny TriStar or it is going to be some overly insulting fantasy livery for China Eastern with like Lotso the Bear or mobile game anime girls plastered all over it.

Seems like we’re starting to get somewhere for US collectors. Perhaps NG is listening to at least that audience after all…
N80 has to be the Golden Gophers livery. N40 should be the prototype 747, later becoming N661US for Northwest/Delta. N14 will be the Stargazer.
The lack of European releases is disappointing although unsurprising. I suppose if enough of those folks make a stink about it like last month, they’ll throw in one to please them. Maybe the Transavia retro will be next month?

It's interesting that they choose that particular logo for the Stargazer, given that they elected to produce one with old titles.
