NG CRP Requests

As well as all the above lower than 10 voters here are a selection of classics in 400 scale that I have voted for so far, all of which have 10+ votes but need extra votes to get them on fire and into the top ranking of choices so vote now!!

So far of all the wishes 23 have received the fire status (i.e. over 20 votes) and only one of those the double fire (Qantas 787). Of these only four are classics if you exclude the 747-400s (which I am as the mould hasn't been seen yet). The four are:

Prototype L-1011
Eastern (low 80s cheatline) L-1011
United 757-200 battleship grey
NASA 747SP (which isn't an easy make given the fuselage changes it had for the telescope)

If you include the MD-80s with multiple wishes then the fire list definitely adds 3 to it (AirCal, Continental, Midwest Express) and possibly also some others (USAir, Delta widget, Frontier).

Good question. I would assume that they'll pause it like the CRP but who knows?

Happy to vote for both the Luxair and Sudan but it's a bit late to be putting in new wishes now. NG had said on their Instagram that the window closes on the 14th:

This isn't very clear, honestly.
Like are the votes until the 14th considered for their future production cycle, or are they closing that section altogether

I'm 100% sure that the qantas 787 will be one of the first one to be made

NG have responded to me that:

"we will pick some wishes to produce, the remaining ones will be staying there to be voted, each week will choose some to prepare for production"

So old wishes won't be lost and can gain votes over time I assume

I hope that's sarcasm. It is a little disappointing that the first selection is a modern re-release and one I know for certain JC Wings is also planning on re-releasing. Having said that I stupidly sold my original so I may well get it anyway.

What I understand from their caption is that the first set of wishes will be made as per voting stats on the 14th - the next lot probably a week or two etc later, and so on

It is indeed sarcasm. It's kind of poetic that the first one chosen is in line with NG loves doing anyway (re releasing stuff)

Someone wished for the LAM L1011 and the Gromov Tu 154 - yep I voted for both . They weren't on my radar but I'll buy them if they're made

Frankly, I've voted for many models, that I won't have the budget to buy myself, even though I'd like to have them all and they do fit my broad criteria and there's enough folks who would want them - but I guess for me the big picture is important - that I'm voting for diversity, and if I don't, then there's no point complaining about its lack.
