Maybe they’re just overloaded with existing requests. The backlog of approved models is huge, and there’s plenty more with many votes.

Such an underrated livery and airline

They're clearly listed as 2 separate items with 2 distinct part numbers on the NG website - see below - so not sure what the confusion is - aerials etc aren't the point in this case as the conversation is about whether it was announced as a Lite prior, which it was - nonetheless one can see the Lite has low or inadequate colour accuracy (as @Phantom pointed out in an earlier post) and print quality and details (or lack thereof) - that are very apparent in the photos.
We can speculate on why this is perhaps the longest delayed NG release yet, and why a Lite version was announced later and released soon after, while the earlier announcement is still marked 'delayed' - but that's a separate conversation. The point is whether NG announces the 'Lite' versions prior - and yes, they do, and they did for this A7-BAC Lite as well.

I've actually bought the supposedly "Lite" version of this Qatar 777, and surprisingly it does come with all of the details just like those "Normal" versions....I guess it's a steal since it was sold at cheaper prices just like the other Lite releases
