When brands do this it is always licensing, but it'll only be on select models like the CathaysAnyone else notice NG started removing their logos from their packaging in the last couple of months? Anyone know why that is?

Avoid being reported, all the products from NG without Logo since like June 2024. Imo without the logo, the box looks very uncoordinated and empty.Anyone else notice NG started removing their logos from their packaging in the last couple of months? Anyone know why that is?
We will not be seeing any new releases from NG, Panda, Phoenix, Gemini, until it’s over. We were approached by a couple manufacturers and were told they would lower the value of the shipment if we would accept. We emphatically said no, it’s illegal to begin with, and we won’t risk having the feds look at our business, as they can look at previous records from the same shipper. So if others are getting shipments, they are doing it under nefarious circumstances. My order shipped on the 6th, and the tRUMP tax was theoretically supposed to hit on the 5th. I believe @squatchys_diecast_hangar said that this set MIGHT get held up at customs.

They'll be preorders mainly just masquerading as in stock. I doubt many of these are actually getting sent out. Have you got any examples?Sounds like this may be the case as some are in the states being sold online already..

It's crazy, we were approached by two of the manufacturers and politely declined them falsifying the shipmentNothing quite like contraband model airplanes floating in the market... Never thought I would see the day.

We have plenty of inventory to weather the storm for quite some time. We are in process of listing a 1500 piece collection. I get it some of these new release only retailers have nothing else to sell, but the risk of catching the eye of the Fed's is certainly not worth it, and they are I'm sure itching, and actively looking at history to nail someone and then make their life extremely difficult. As a small business owner myself I'm not surprised to see this occurring under such crushing and abrupt economic conditions. Not saying I would do it because like you said, it's an easy paper trail to follow however desperate times lead to desperate measures as they say.

No NG at all, this is a collection that is 20 years old, so nothing NG or newish, lots of Aeroclassics, Gemini and DWYeah, it's absolutely a high exposure gamble.. Like you have said in previous threads, there are a lot of small online retailers popping up right now and they don't have any stock like that to fall back on.
Side note: If you have any NG NWA 757's in that collection I'll be first in line hahaha.

Just keep an eye out, I have a feeling there will be some collections coming out of the woods, just a personal feelingAnd the hunt continues!
