Yeah! I never thought I had seen a Virgin Australia 737-700, let alone flown on one! I found a picture of myself as a child in the cockpit of VH-VBY, which NG released back in January! I just ordered it, should arrive this weekend.

A new model of a plane I have seen! NG Models Jetstar Airways A321LR VH-OFE. I photographed her landing on runway 16 of MEL in October, it's a lovely model, and I am very glad to own one! Also, a funny fact about the previously mentioned VH-VBY is; it is in the background of my profile header! I never even noticed... It is just slipping into so many different unexpected places, so clearly, the universe is just telling me to get it!

Thank you. The L-1011's were special. Especially during engine startup in cold weather, lots and lots of smoke.

I have seen videos of that but those do not compare to the real thing. For now, my NG L-1011s are the best I'll get!

Yep, but they are hard to beat. They look a lot like the real thing.

They sure do. It really only takes a good backdrop, lighting and basic editing skills to make almost an exact copy of a real L-1011 photo.

One more "flown on" to add to my list. Braniff 727-27QC N7276 in 2 tone green flying colors scheme. This was only my 2nd flight on an airliner, in June 1978. Flew from MEM-FSM..my very first flight was earlier the same day IND-MEM on Delta 727-232A N474DA, also the 1,000th 727 built.

That is a stunning aircraft, wish I had the chance to fly on a 727!
