Nice!
That 1:500 747 mould looks better than half the 1:400 747s out there nowadays! I hope Phoenix and their "747s" never venture into 1:500.

Haha, I thought it looked familiar!hahahaha
it's a Starjets model. Starjets was the brand name of Gemini's venture in 1:500 scale. It's basically a scaled-down version of their 1:400 747 mould.
They were only active in the early 2000s... I believe they were gone by 2007 or so.
Ah, I didn't know that. I have their Viasa 727 and it is indeed a smaller GJ 722 now that I look at it. Too bad they never released it in 1:400.hahahaha

I'm 3D printing some airport buildings in 1:500 for a mate, and it inspired me to take a peek into the history of 1:500. It's definitely much richer than I originally thought, however the scale as a whole is unfortunately past its peak popularity. Certainly some interesting brands and models, and great for people who are short on space.

Another jet from Peru
Peruvian Airlines 737-200
Haha funny you say. The last few days have been sadness in the Peruvian chats saying AK doesnt like Peru. But yes, weird they haven't released this one Specially with those colors.Did not know about this airline. I'm surprised Aeroclassics had not released it, AK just loves Peru...
Really? He released 3 Aeroperú 727s out of the 18 that are associated with the airline. Avensa had 25 regs associated with them and he only released one of them. Then there is all the Faucett stuff, plus the other random Aeroperú stuff including that 737-200 that never flew revenue for them... lol Peruvians have it good!Haha funny you say. And 727. Many In Latin America they have some amazing Latin hybrid CSThere are so many amazing 737-100/200s that I would buy, but somehow they don't get made or have mould issues (like the Wien Alaska)
Thanks! Would be great to contribute to your collection.I'd love to see these Faucett One-Elevens and Peruvian 737s in my collection. They'd make great releases and you've done a superb job with these customs.
So true. There is a big Faucett collector over in Lima. It's all mostly AC. Really cool LIM diorama, I'll get permission to post some pictures of it.Really? I agree with Avensa, or Venezuela in general. Imagine all those DC-9, 732 and 727 that could be made.
