Is this considered refundable or QC issue of any sort? Lufthansa a350 AV400/ is this fixable?

So I paid $100 CAD for this amazing model but one problem is the Tail is out of place and not in properly now I’ve tried to push it in but I don’t want to force won’t move what should I do with the model was purchased on eBay I don’t even know it’s reparable it’s not damaged but very out of place in the model? I also compared this model to another one of my Av400 model a350?

That's quite a big gap indeed. Shouldn't be like that.
I'd try to remove the tail fin and then glue it back. If you're not comfortable with that at all, you can try asking for a refund, but maybe you might have to send back your model.

PS: non-related to the thread subject, but i'll say it anyway: I suggest you to use commas in your text, makes it much easier to understand...

I would get in touch with the retailer and see if you can get a refund. You could go the risky way and try and fix it yourself, but like Leo said, only if you are comfortable doing that.

There will be glue residue inside the slot, if you manage to remove the tail, which will make it hard to push all the way snuggly back in. I would return if unhappy

Update: I attempted to remove the tail out and it’s impossible won’t budge even with force and impossible to use tweezers aswell
