Really hope that we have some update regarding the Ilyushin 76 @Jim .A very delightful warm welcome to MAF, Jim and HX Team! I really hope that you will keep us all updated with the process. It's quite rare to see manufacturers engage with the collector community.
Just one question: I understand that your team has a wide mould portfolio, will the usage be extended to other non-Chinese carriers as well?
I myself especially eager to see the IL-76 - hopefully with both classic D-30 as well as current PS-90 engines.
Something interesting is that the space shuttle has very detailed engine nozzles even though they have been covered on this model
or here's an idea, stop posting in chinese since it's against the rules.nope actually. for chinese speakers, if your friend is the owner or boss of a brand or smth you can call him "boss" even you are not an employee)
Where is this rule?or here's an idea, stop posting in chinese since it's against the rules.
In the navigation bar that says "Rules"Where is this rule?
I’m not understanding the Chinese, but I think it’s a good practise posting in eng because is more understandable from the most of the people but… I have not found the rule that you have mentioned…
If there is I’m so courios to see it
IMO it just seems like reversed-engineered DW mould tbh.Like I said on the other forum already, I'm not falling in love with this 747Classic mould thus far.
IMHO, it sits too tall on its gears - something that could easily be fixed and would bring me closer to ordering one.
The other issue is far less easy to fix though. The wing profile appears to be way too think - especially mid wing - which is particularly noticeable around pylons 2/3 which look squished in consequence. I know diecast moulds have their design limitations but the pylon/engine issues (not only on this but also on the "lite" competiton) irk my eyes. Eyes are still on the look for the definite 747Classic mould.
Here's a quick pic to showcase:
