Futurewings Models & First Class Collectibles | Are they good?

I found some models on these two sites at affordable prices: Futurewings Models and First Class Collectibles. However, I suspect these are one of those "too good to be true" sites. What are your guys' opinions on these? Have you shopped there, and your experience?

Future wings are top notch! They always have the harder to find models like Patriot, HX/YY and Panda offshoots like CW, etc. They are really good with communication as well. They’ve kind of been my hidden secret shop for the past year. First class collectibles is also very reputable. I have never had an issue buying from them.

I ordered some models from first class collectibles last month and quickly received a confirmation email and after a few days my parcel was shipped and arrived about 10-12 days after ordering. Great prices aswell so can surely recommend using them.

Looks like First Class doesn't stock CW Wings etc

FCC is wonderful got a BA 777-200 from them all the way from Hong Kong arrived quickly but they do have a reputation for not replying to emails but models are still class though.

I’ve bought from both without issue. FCC never replies to emails and on the other hand, future wings is very responsive.
