In September I had the privilege of getting to visit the AMS Fair, which is the largest in the world. Not only did I get to meet some cool people like @Steinar and @1400_Aircraft_Models but I also spent too much as usual
I'll use this thread to show off some of the models I acquired.
First up is an Aeroclassics Virgin Airbus A340-300. I don't get a lot of VS as I don't collect past 2000 for UK carriers (mostly). This A340 was however delivered on January 21, 1994 as their 3rd A340. She served with them for a decade and joined BWIA in January 2004 as 9Y-JIL in a hybrid white fuselaged scheme. She joined Lufthansa Technik in March 2007 as D-AIEL and was broken up in June 2009.
The Aeroclassics A340 is an excellent and pioneering mould in 400 scale from a time when Aeroclassics could be trusted for quality new moulds.
